Kim's Blackberry Pie
Your favorite double pie crust. I use the one out of the old Betty Crocker Cookbook
4 cups of blackberries... I use 4 cups! Not 5... not 6... if you use more you will be cleaning your oven!
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
A dash of salt...
Combine and fill pie crust with berry mixture. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool completely. If you don't it will run....
You meant the Betty Crocker Cookbook I received as a wedding present 45 year ago?
