Do you piece with Leaders & Enders? If you're not sure what that is check out Bonnie Hunter at Quiltville Quilts & Snips. She has two books available on the subject of using pre-cut block pieces to start and end your chain piecing. I have both!!!
For about the last year I've been making 4-patches using 2" for my leader/ender project. I'm mostly using my purple scraps... LOL!!!
A while back I got these cute little bins to keep my 2" squares organized in. One for dark squares... one for light squares...
Anyway, I have close to 200 4-patches made, so I decided to start making them into blocks!

These are from Bonnie's Adventures with Leaders & Enders book... the quilt is Hopscotch, Butterscotch.
I'm trying to use fabrics I already have... LOL! Yesterday I searched my closet for something that will work for the sashing. Bonnie used a pumkin solid fabric. This doesn't mean I have to use the same thing, but... I really like orange colors with purple.
I have no idea what I bought this one for.
This one is a little pinker shade of peach. It's an old, old Jinny Beyer print...
Trying to decide which one I like best. I leaning towards the Jinny Beyer.
This dark eggplant will be the corner stones and binding.
Now to find time to make more blocks!
