Lemon Pie

I was asked to bring a pie to the Christmas dinner we are going to tonight...  I thought I would make apple.  It's my favorite!  Then I found out one of the other quest is making apple so I had to come up with plan B.  The Hubster says "What about lemon?"  His favorite...  all pie is his favorite!!!  Oh wait... me too!!!

Never made lemon pie before so I went in search of a recipe that sounded fool proof...

If it taste as good as the custard that I licked of the spoon...  I will be making again!  And again!!
