WSQ

This last weekend I've been in Spokane Valley at the Washington State Quilters Spokane Chapter's show. Oh my goodness! This show is huge! Over 600 quilts!

I had taken pictures of this quilt by Anita Pederson...

It's made from vintage quilt blocks that have been taken apart and reconstructed.

This was my favorite quilt in the whole show... this morning it had ribbons hanging on it!

Best of Show!!!

1st in Category and 1st from Inland Northwest Machine Quilters!

Quilt Shows and Ribbons

Many of you may not know this... but I'm a representative for A1 Quilting Machines . A big part of what do is being a vendor at quilt shows.

This last Friday and Saturday I was at the Washington Stars quilt show. It's a small show, but with many talented quilters!

I was really happy to see 7 Mystery Quilts
hanging from the Mystery I designed for our guild!

They are wonderful!

One of my customers received a ribbon on her Dream Big quilt I quilted for her...

Sew Expo

This last week my A1 Elite Platinum quilting machine and I have been sharing a booth with my friend Mech the owner of Perfect Borders ....   so much fun meeting new friends and visiting with great friends!!

When not busy showing what my machine can to new quilters and welcoming new A1 owners into the A1 family....  I've played with neon thread and my black light.  Also, exploring my modern quilting side!

Playing

During the quilt shows there always seems to be a time of day that gets really slow....  usually around 4:00 in the afternoon.   I like to take this time and play.

Road to California

One the most exciting parts of my job with A1 Quilting Machines, Inc is working the national quilt shows.  This week I'm at Road to California!
