After quilting the scallops the border still needed a little something....
Someone had asked in a previous post how I made the scallops. I used the 8" No Frills Swag Ruler by Tracey Browning from Constantine Quilt. In the states you can order it from Kingsmen... I only used the 2 smaller swags...
very nice, is it a variegated thread that you have used?
