While at the AQS show in Charlotte, North Carolina I bought a pattern to make a beaded scissor case. Mind you, I have never done this kind of beading before.... but my coworker (boss) thought I should make these for us. (See how that says us?) So I got the pattern and some beads...
It took me several tries... starts and stops... taking it out and starting over....
But I finally got the first one going in the right direction!
The pattern has directions for making the little leather case that goes inside... this keeps the point of the scissors from poking through!
Finally the first one was done!!!
They kind of have become an addiction to make....
When I finished the third one I asked myself "Wonder what fringe would look like?" ( I really like the fringe!!!)
This is my little work station and the start of another one...
