2 new doodles

I finished a couple more doodle this week.... This is really addicting :-)   On the first one there is a spot at the top that I didn't like how it turned out... so I colored it in.  Don't really like that either.  I may try going over it with a white pen that I have....

I got some new pens yesterday... Staedtler, a pack of four in different mm, .1mm, .3mm, .5mm & .7mm I really like them! Also got a new sketch pad, but I'm afraid to draw anything in cause I don't want to mess it up....

Red Breasted Sapsuckers

These two juvinile Sapsuckers were in my cedar tree the other morning.....  I named one Morris and the other Code :-)

WIP Wednesday, 7/21/10

It's been many Wednesdays since I posted a WIP.....  This a customer's quilt that I'm working on.  Love the plaids.... love the vines!

I put up my finch feeder a few days ago....

Christmas in July...

I finished the Christmas Log Cabin a couple days ago and thought I would share... I had the hardest time deciding how to quilt this one, but when the ideas finally popped the quilting really went fast.  Well, kinda.  I've been working so many hours at my part time job that I only get a few hours here and there to quilt.  They did finally hire another person, so I'm really hoping that my schedule will get back to a normal 3 or 4 days a week instead of 5 or 6.

On another note... Dodger came to stay with for about a week.  He was so cute and sweet but very skittish and affriad of Dan.  Dan couldn't get near him...  So he went home to California.  I felt bad not being able to keep him, but it wasn't good for him to be so affraid of his surroundings. :-(

I DARE you!!!!

I dare you to buy a hula hoop!!!
